注册换肤插件的异步皮肤提供器；返回完整 64×32/64×64 皮肤 PNG 的解码图片，null 表示交给下一个来源。 Registers an async custom-skin provider returning a decoded 64×32/64×64 skin, or null to defer to the next source.

提供器在皮肤工作线程调用，不可直接操作 Bukkit；注册及关闭句柄都会清空缓存。每个提供器最多等待 3 秒，不占用服务器主线程。 Providers run on skin workers, not Bukkit's thread. Registration/closing clears the cache; each provider has a 3-second worker-only wait.
